Progressive Cavity Pump , specifically the FKM Series. These pumps are versatile and highly
efficient, particularly when dealing with fluids of varying viscosity and chemical properties. The
unique design of the rotor and stator enables smooth and continuous flow, making them suitable for

1. Precision-Machined Rotor and Stator:
o The rotor has a single external helix made from metallic material, and the stator has
a double internal helix made from elastomeric material.
o The special helical profile of the rotor and stator creates a series of sealed cavities
that progress from the suction side to the discharge side as the rotor turns. This
movement helps pump the fluid efficiently.
2. Sealing Line:
o The sealing line formed between the rotor and stator is crucial to the pump’s ability
